As usual, I've been making things from scratch, but I am mostly sticking to my resolution of sewing from stash fabrics. I made this shirt from a thin poly-cotton which has been in my stash for over a year. I still have a meter left which will become a sleeveless shirt with ruffles.
I have also found something else at my usual market stall. I liked the colour of this suede coat, it was only 5 euros and with the bag-making project with M still going strong, I'm always on the lookout for 'raw' materials. I was quite surprised to find out that it is kind of my size after all. It seemed much bigger but it is one of those extended shoulder designs. I don't think I'll wear it as a coat, although I am thinking about refashioning part of it as another item of clothing.
On an unrelated note: I'm having a New Year's Giveaway on my blog. The winner will receive the pattern of her choice from three designs of mine, including the little shrug from my last post.
