Wardrobe Refashion - Capelet. I cut off the bottom "skirt" portion of a thrifted dress and used that fabric as the base for this capelet. I draped the fabric around my dressform and went to town stitching! Added frayed fabric, ribbons, lace, etc, and used three spools of thread! More pics on my blog.
