Summer Casual Dresses - Simplicity 2939

I decided to dip into my quilting cotton stash once again and get down to business with Simplicity 2939.  I've had this pattern for a while and, at first glance, it really didn't speak to me.  But I cut out some dresses anyway and I'm glad I did.  I don't really wear shorts out out of the house and the only summer dress I had was a fugly Old Navy dress that my mom plucked off the $1.99 rack.  So, without further ado, here's what I accomplished with fabric and notions from my stash and one pattern.
