I am really excited to be signed up to Wardrobe Refashion again! Its so amazing & wonderful to see what everyone is doing.
I did these refashions in my Easter break, but its taken me a bit of time to do my post because I accidentally deleted all the photos on the camera and then had to figure out how to get them off, but its all good now so here are my refashions...
A couple of years ago I refashioned a girl’s dress into a skirt for myself:
& I did it again with this blue floral dress by cutting it off under the armholes and turned over a new waistband:
I am somewhat embarrassed to admit that I have been holding onto this dress I got at an op shop over 7 years ago:
I loved the fabric even thought it never quite fit and it has finally been refashioned... into a new top!
I also re sized some large Mr Men PJ shorts so they fitted me, turned a peasant skirt into a shorter gathered skirt by taking some of the top panel off & putting on a new elastic waistband & lastly a very small refashion in shortening an awkward length denim skirt I hadn't worn in ages & now I have worn it 3 times already!
Looking forward to doing some more refashioning soon!
