I have signed up to a 2 month pledge and to this end have decided to use as much fabric donated by my dear Mother when she cleared up her sewing cupboard, also some fabric I have bought too. She also donated quite a bit of wool too, so I spend some evenings knitting to finish a tank top started before Christmas. The dress I've just cut out is from a pattern included in the February 09 edition of Sew Hip magazine (a lovely new British Magazine).
I love the fabric, a wool and silk mix I think. My daughter has also decided to join in too, so last night we spent some time unravelling a long forgotten hand knitted Harry Potter scarf and she has just started another HP scarf from Charmed Knit. Wishing you all a very Happy New Year!
