I made some mittens out of a sweater in my pile of newly felted sweaters. They look a little odd on their own, but fit like a glove...

To make them I traced my hand in mitten shape with my thumb angled wide, added a seam allowance, placed my cut out on the bottom of the sweater, cut out two sets of mitten shapes, and sewed them up. I will be making more of these, perhaps even to give as gifts...
I also tried to make some undies out of some scrap t-shirt material, but they didn't go as planned. Check out my blog to see what happened.
