I found a dress with lots of pleats at the thrift store. It was not flattering. The dress was just bad, but the fabric was fabulous. So I tore into it and this is the result. I have included the close-up photo for the detail on the collar. I echoed the flower design from the fabric with stitching. I also covered the buttons with fabric I had stitched.
