Get out of Jail Free, Bras, Plastic Bag Fusing

I fell off the wagon, for Bras! I found a wonderful on-line sale at Onehanesplace and purchased several bras, a couple of which I'm actually hoping will work for my daughter. Bras are one clothing item that I have not yet braved. I downloaded the other day a pattern and instructions for making panties out of t-shirts. I am going to give that a try. My first question to all of you wonderful, creative, talented refashioners is back on the bra front. Do any of you know how to re-shape the foam in bras that have gotten wrinkled or misshapen in the laundry? I've been ruminating on it awhile, thinking that maybe damp heat and then letting it dry shaped correctly over some kind of boob-shaped form? Anybody tried it?
My next question involves this project.
I'm experimenting with fusing plastic. I have watched several tutorials online and this is my first attempt. But I had trouble with the wax paper that you put on the bottom and top, sticking to the plastic. I tried playing with the temperature on the iron but ran out of time. Does anybody have any hints?

I thought bras and undies were okay per the rules? I don't know if there's anything you can do once the foam gets smushed in a bra. For what it's worth, though, I bought one of those cages that's shaped like a ball to wash mine in, and it really works.

Use parchment paper instead of waxed paper. It works great!

Don't know the solution to the bra-reshaping mystery. But I want to know, too! So I'll be lurking around waiting for someone to post a bra-saving tip, for sure.
As for question 2 on the fusing: Try using baker's parchment instead of waxed paper. It's a miracle!!

I've also used printer paper to good effect. Use the backsides of pages you've already printed on for extra recycley goodness.

The tutorials I have seen all say to use a minimum of 8 sheets of platic inbetween two pieces of brown paper bag. It seems to me paper would be to small and parchment to costly.
