Bird Headband and Solange Azagury knock off

I got inspired from at late night browsing of the Threadbangers blog. So I made a bird headband, by using some scrap fabric for the base. The bird was made from clay, feathers and beads. The Solange Ring was depicted in Bazaar magazine, and cost twenty thousand dollars. I decided that i could make it for a few dollars rather than shelling out thousands of dollars. The ring isn't finished yet, the lacquer is drying, but I was so excited about how close it was to the original, I wanted to show it off.
