It's school holidays around here which means I have had very little time for crafting. Other than a couple of small alterations and a soft toy for a birthday my sewing machine has been gathering dust this past few weeks.
The one thing I have managed to work a little on in the evenings is my Betty Mini Sweater. The yarn is sooo yummy and such a pleasure to knit. The pattern is easy enough to remember but I have needed to tink back a few times due to a forgotten yarn over. I also found the armhole decreases a little confusing and after one attempt I ripped it back and have written out the instructions row by row. Hopefully this will work this time around!
It all looks a bit squishy in the photo above but once it's blocked the detail of the pattern will show up beautifully.
Right, back to kid wrangling!
