Suzie recently organised a 'Put to good use' swap and since i've not done a swap in years and i loved the idea behind it (useful gifts?! YES please!) i signed right up.
I came up with dozens of ideas before settling on the right one.
I bought some beautiful wool/cashmere from work which is the same as this one only in the colour viola.
I added some green from my bowl of colourful Perle 8 threads.
And was inspired to use up some scraps of Liberty from my stash with a Clover Yo-yo maker.
The result?
Some very useful and pretty bookmarks :) I hope my swap partners like them!
