The third Wiksten skirt i have made but by no means the easiest. I whipped this up a few weekends ago and wore it to work the next day during which i realised i had sewn the front pleats in the wrong direction. Unpick waistband and fix. I then wore it again later that week and decided that it was indeed a little too big around the waist even though i had made the exact same size as the one i had made for my sister and that one fit perfectly. Unpick waistband and fix. Lay out skirt to wear to work today and notice to my horror that i had sewn one side of pleats going in the wrong direction again. ARGGHHHH!!! Unpick waistband and fix for the final time.
Pattern: Tulip skirt from Stitch Magazine designed by Wiksten.
