Homemade Gyoza is a huge favourite in this household right now.
They're so easy to make, just minced chicken or pork with onion, garlic and ginger spooned into the pastry and formed into little packages.
Dunked in boiling water for a few minutes until they rise to the top.
Then fried in a hot pan with a little oil.
Served with Kev's noodles. The girls devour this meal without any need for us to encourage them to eat more, they actually serve themselves second helpings!
