Sewing BurdaStyle....snaps

Finally added the straps to my night dress

I added snaps at the front for easy boob access!  Now i have my night gown to make.  I'm using the Desira pattern from BurdaStyle and will be adding sleeves and making it longer, to the knee i think.

Any suggestions for sleeve types?  I'm thinking of something short or just to the elbow.
