Don't you just hate in when your post is gobbled up by the nasty blog elves? Here we go again!
Chocolate Fudge Brownies
This recipe is especially for Jac. Read it and drool! I've had this recipe for about 10 years and i think it came from a chef i worked with.
- 5oz dark chocolate
- 10oz unsalted butter
- 1lb 4oz sugar
- 5 eggs
- 5oz plain flour
- 8 oz nuts
Method
Melt the chocolate, butter and sugar in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
Stir in the beaten eggs.
Fold in the sifted flour and nuts.
Pour into a lined tin and bake @ 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Extremely yummy with a cup of tea while chatting on the net!
